Wide Belt Sander introduction:
The endless belt is tensioned on 2 or 3 belt wheels to drive the belt for continuous movement, and a tensioning wheel also makes a small amount of warping to cause the belt to move laterally. The wide belt sanding machine used for plane processing has a fixed or mobile worktable; the sanding machine used for surface processing uses the flexibility of the sanding belt to process the workpiece under the pressure of the template. The Wide Belt Sander has the advantages of high efficiency, guaranteed processing accuracy, and easy belt replacement. It is suitable for sanding large wood-based panels, furniture panels and decorative panels or panels before and after painting.
The main purposes of Wide Belt Sander are as follows:
1. Sand cutting with fixed thickness to improve the thickness accuracy of the workpiece. For example: the veneer substrate needs to be sanded with a fixed thickness before the veneer.
2. Surface sanding refers to the sanding process of improving the surface quality and evenly sanding a layer on the surface of the board to eliminate the knife marks left by the previous process and make the surface of the board beautiful and smooth. It is also used for veneer and dyeing. Printing, painting.
3. Sanding the surface of the board to roughen the surface refers to the sanding process to improve the roughness of the back of the decorative board in order to ensure the bonding strength of the decorative board (veneer) and the base material.
